By accessing and using Nookly ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

5. Content and User-Generated Material

You retain ownership of content you submit to the App. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the App.

All content must be appropriate, respectful, and comply with our community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.

5.3 Prohibited Content

7. Premium Features and Payments

Nookly offers premium features available for purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

7.3 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

8. Safety and Security

While we strive to create a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the safety of in-person meetings. You are responsible for your own safety when meeting other users.

8.1 Safety Guidelines

• Meet in public places for first meetings
• Tell friends or family about your plans
• Trust your instincts and report suspicious behavior
• Never share financial information with other users
• Use the App's reporting features for inappropriate behavior

9. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are owned by Nookly and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

10.1 Service Availability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10.2 User Interactions

We are not responsible for the conduct of any user or the content of any user's profile. We do not verify the accuracy of user-provided information.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nookly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nookly, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
